Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajiraja ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajiraja website, all associated services, games, promotions, and any related features or content (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or accessing any part of the bajiraja Services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

bajiraja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to remain informed of the current Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of bajiraja is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bajiraja enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by bajiraja or a recognised gambling control body.
• You are not employed by bajiraja, any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account closed by bajiraja for breach of these Terms.

bajiraja reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to bajiraja's satisfaction will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to have been under 18 at the time of play will be voided and forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bajiraja Services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bajiraja account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. bajiraja employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed, all balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bajiraja strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge to all registered players. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. bajiraja will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must contact bajiraja support immediately via live chat on the website and change your password without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajiraja is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a selfie holding your ID, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account showing your name and number), and proof of residential address. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed to bajiraja's satisfaction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bajiraja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bajiraja's discretion; the current list is maintained on the Payments page within the platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bajiraja does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, with any costs deducted from the returned amount.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless a written exception is approved by the bajiraja finance team. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and review for compliance with these Terms. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–6 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. bajiraja reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount.

4.4 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bajiraja reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before an inactivity fee is first applied. The inactivity fee will cease once the account is reactivated through any qualifying activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bajiraja offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn). Wagers placed on games with a theoretical RTP above 97% may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajiraja actively monitors accounts for signs of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, exclusively wagering on low-risk outcomes to clear bonus requirements, or using automated software to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajiraja reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bajiraja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game restrictions. bajiraja's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and promotional disputes is final.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bajiraja — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. bajiraja accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.1 RNG Certification

All random-outcome games on bajiraja use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published in the respective game information panels. bajiraja does not alter published RTP percentages and has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bajiraja are governed by the Sports Betting Rules document, available in the Help section of the platform. Key provisions include: all bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football); bets on abandoned or voided events will be refunded at stake; in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined are void; and bajiraja reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets at its absolute discretion.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or completion of a game round or bet, bajiraja will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined from logs, the wager amount will be refunded to the player's account balance. bajiraja is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajiraja. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge and consent.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software to generate credits, free bets, or other advantages not intended by bajiraja.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information at any stage of registration, verification, or payment processing.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider on deposits that have been wagered on the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your bajiraja account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, bajiraja will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not automatically trigger self-exclusion; if you wish to self-exclude from bajiraja and its affiliated platforms, you must make a separate self-exclusion request.

8.2 Closure by bajiraja

bajiraja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; the player has provided false or misleading information; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; or bajiraja is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

8.3 Effects of Closure

Upon account closure by bajiraja for cause, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, any winnings generated through the activity that constituted the breach will be voided. Real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity will generally be returned to the player's registered payment method, less any applicable costs, at bajiraja's discretion.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the bajiraja Services, you agree to first contact bajiraja's support team in writing to seek informal resolution. bajiraja will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) used as the reference time zone for all time-sensitive matters.
